Yes, it is a leopard attacking a hippo with a heron on his back, and a croc in the background.
This was done by my 7 year old son, who also added the map with the arrow pointing on Africa, where this scene is taking place.
I did the coloring for him

ReplyDeletelove it!!! great drawing!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lively imagination, and obviously he has inherited his mother's talent for art! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful not only the drawing but the creative thinking behind it- great entry!
ReplyDeletePretty good for a 7 year old. They do love a bit of violence don't they! Girls will be drawing fluffy bunnies and puss cats and boys leopards killing hippos! The hippo doesn't seem to mind though!
ReplyDeleteYour son did a great job. I love the crocodile
ReplyDeleteIt seems your son is following in your creative footsteps Danit. I'm loving that you did this as a collaborative project. Brilliant.
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that! fabulous!
ReplyDeleteDanit, your son is truly an artist-in-training. Isn't it a wonderful thing to see art through the eyes of a child who hasn't yet learned to be self-conscious and who just jumps in and does it?
ReplyDeleteI hope we will see more of his drawings.
