TOMS Shoes is having their annual “One Day Without Shoes” on April 8, 2010. The event is a tangible way to make a statement for the millions of children who go shoeless everyday.

ReplyDeleteThis is a very good post and reminder! When I was in college, we did a missions trip to Mexico. I played the guitar and sang songs in Spanish and told stories to the little children. So few had shoes...and the ones that did--had holes in them.
I felt so over-wealthy after that. I never had the same perspective again!
